Run a night

For range masters: the club member who runs a shoot night. The club leader sets you as the night's Range Master, which also makes you a Scorer for the club.

Open your night

  1. Select your club in the context bar under the navigation. It opens the club Summary.
  2. Under Your shoot nights, select Open on tonight's night. Show me

The night page lists the members and managed archers assigned to the night. Add to Night and Remove from Night change the night's regular roster, not club membership.

Start tonight's shoot

  1. Under Start tonight's shoot, choose the Round. Only rounds for the night's sport are offered. Show me
  2. Select Start with this roster. This creates a pending shoot with everyone on the night's roster and today's date. To add or drop people first, select Adjust the line first instead.
  3. On the pending page, check The line. Add anyone missing, remove anyone absent.
  4. Select Start shoot. One scoresheet is created per archer. Show me

Score the line

The scoring page shows every archer on one scorecard, one row each, with the cells for the current end. One keypad serves the whole line.

  1. Tap the values for the first archer's arrows, then the next archer's, down the line. The highlighted cell shows where the next value goes. To jump to another archer, tap their row.
  2. Back clears the last value.
  3. When every cell of the end is filled, select Record End … for the line. Every sheet advances together.
  4. If the connection drops, the entries are held on the device and the page says so. Submit again when it is back.
  5. After the last end, select Complete shoot. To stop before the last end, select Finish early: every sheet is completed as it stands. Show me

Results are ranked by total, then golds, then Xs. Each archer's sheet also appears on their own My Scores and in the club's recent scoresheets.

Scoring mode and device handoff

A club manager's account holds more access than a scorer needs at the line. A manager who hands their device to a scorer locks it first:

  1. Open the night and start the shoot as above. In scoring mode the night page is locked, so start the shoot before locking.
  2. In the context bar, select Scoring mode and confirm. The bar shows a padlock, and manager pages are locked on this device. Show me
  3. Hand the device over. The scorer resumes the shoot from Summary → Group shoots → Resume. Show me
  4. To restore full access, select Exit in the context bar and enter the manager's password. Show me

Sheets record the account that entered them. On a handed-off device that is still the manager's account.

Resume or review a shoot

Summary → Group shoots lists open shoots with Resume and completed ones with Results. Show me
